Arena Theatre has three very different and flexible spaces available for hire,
making the Arena the ideal venue for your show, exhibition, meeting, conference
or seminar.
Our prices are very competitive, and we are conveniently located for
public transport and access. All the spaces have state-of-the-art
conferencing equipment with full
technical support and our own
exclusive range of hospitality and catering, we can tailor each event to fit
your requirements and budget perfectly.
Rooms are available for hire on a daily basis.
A full bar and catering service is
available with an extensive range of services and menus to suit every taste and
budget.

The main theatre is a studio space which means the stage is not raised.
The newly re-vamped 150 seat main auditorium
forms the heart of the theatre.
It is large enough for most meetings and
conferences. It is fully
accessible and equipped
for theatre, concerts and multimedia presentations. With more comfortable seats
and longer legroom it’s guaranteed to impress.
The Tilstone Studio accommodates up to 100 people
The Tilstone studio is a
relaxed, informal space for up to about 100 people. It’s great for workshops,
exhibitions, presentations product launches, parties and
informal performances.
Complete with its own
inbuilt conference equipment, the Seminar Room is popular for those meetings
where you want a change of scenery without compromising
your event. The room can easily accommodate 30 in boardroom style or up to 50
with seating in rows. The seminar room now boasts state of the art presentation
and multimedia equipment. This includes an Overhead Projector, Video and DVD
Player and Whiteboard.
The Arena Theatre can
supply catering and refreshments for events held in our spaces.
Tea, coffee, juice and water is charged at £1 per person per serving.
