Arena Theatre Terms &
Conditions of Booking |
1. No refunds can be made once tickets have
been purchased. Tickets maybe exchanged subject to availability.
2. Smoking in all arenas of the Arena
Theatre is strictly forbidden.
3.
Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the building
unless prior arrangements have been made. The Theatre also reserves the right to
restrict food and drink consumption in certain areas and restrict the supply of
alcohol and other goods as outlined in the Licencing Act (2003)
4.Mobile
phones and digital watch alarms must be switched off in the auditorium.
5.Patrons
are requested to respect the enjoyment of other audience members and users. This
includes refraining from any activity that causes noise or disturbance during
the performances. Persistent offenders will be requested to leave the
auditorium.
6.
Any abusive behaviour towards other patrons or staff will not be tolerated and
will result in immediate ejection from the premises.
7. All patrons must be in possession of a valid ticket before entering the
auditorium.

Without liability, the management reserves the right to refuse admittance (even
to ticket holders).
9.
The management reserves the right to request someone leave the premises and to
take any appropriate measure to enforce such a request. In addition, The Theatre
reserves the right to permanently exclude patrons for unacceptable behaviour.
10.
The use of cameras and any form of audio or visual recording equipment is
strictly forbidden in the auditorium. The Theatre reserves the right to
confiscate equipment and to remove persistent offenders from the auditorium.
11.
Latecomers (either at the start of a show or returning after an interval) will
not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers, if
admitted, may be required to occupy alternative seats.
12.
Without liability, the Theatre reserves the right to amend or cancel any
performance(s).
13.
A performance may be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Arena
Theatre without notice and without the Arena Theatre being liable to pay any
person any compensation whatsoever other than a possible percentage or maximum
refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.
14.
Online Purchases: Please note that once you confirm an online ticket purchase
you are agreeing to purchase the tickets at the price you have selected, and
that concessions and discounts CANNOT be applied retrospectively. If you have
selected discounts you are also confirming your entitlement to claim such
discounts, and may be asked to demonstrate your entitlement when you attend the
performance. |
