Please check that your web browser is up to date and you have the latest versions of Flash and Java installed. At present, the system works with Internet Explorer (version 6 and upwards), Firefox, Safari* and Opera. The system does not work with Google Chrome.

*Safari users may experience difficulties when booking shows with reserved seats - in which case we suggest using Firefox or Opera both of which are compatible with mac.

 

How can I search for a show?
The Shows are listed chronologically, but to save time you can search by date, by clicking on the ‘from’ box and selecting the date from the calendar or type the title of the show, or part of the title, into the Search box, and press Enter.

 

How do I buy tickets?

Once you have chosen the show and the specific performance click the ‘BUY NOW’ button. Then, for unreserved shows, enter the number of tickets you require and click ‘ADD TICKETS’. First-time users will need to register. To do this click the ‘REGISTRATION’ link on the left-hand side of the page this can be done either before or after adding shows to the basket.

 

Can I obtain discounted tickets online, such as general concessions?
General concessions can be selected, where available once you have added your seats to the basket. The price band selected will be displayed and adjacent to this is a drop-down list which will contain discounted ticket prices, if applicable. Select the required price by clicking on it. Please ensure you repeat this procedure for all seats for which you require a discount. Note that we do not offer Group Discounts online. Please call the Box Office on 01902 321321 for further information on these offers.
Promotion codes, where available, can be entered and the discount will show on the payment confirmation screen.

 

Can I select my own seat?
Most Arena Theatre shows are sold on an unreserved basis so customers have a free choice of seats when they enter the Auditorium. Some shows are however sold with reserved seats, in which case you will be able to choose where you would like to sit on the seating plan. You select your seats by clicking on the individual seats. Once the seats have been added to the basket you can add any concessions or discounts as above. You can release the seat by clicking on it again or by clicking on the “x” adjacent to the seat number and price which displays underneath the seating plan.

 

Can I book more than one show in the same transaction?
Yes. Once you have booked your first show, return to the top of the screen and click the ‘TICKETS’ link at the left hand side of the page. This takes you back to the main screen where you can select another show. Repeat this process to book as many shows as you like.

 

How many seats can I book?
You may select up to 20 seats in one transaction; this can be from just one show or over a range of shows by repeatedly following the steps above. Please note that group booking rates are not offered online. If you wish to book a party of 10 or more for an individual performance, please contact the Box Office on 01902 321321.

 

How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept Visa (including Electron), Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, JCB and Solo cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

 

I have specific access requirements. Can I still book online?

Yes. Please e-mail boxoffice@arenatheatre.info to inform us of your requirements, and remember to tell us which show or shows you’re coming to. For more information about access at the Arena Theatre please click here.

 

HELP! I’m having problems, or I’m getting error messages
