The Box Office is open from 10.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Box Office services also run from one hour before an evening show start time until half an hour after the show start time. This is usually, for a 7.30pm show, 6.30pm until 8pm but as show times do vary please check the What's On page for details.
With the exception of performance days the Box Office is not normally open at weekends, Bank Holidays or certain University concessionary days (usually Christmas or Easter). During these times a telephone answer message will be left detailing when the office will next be open.

There may be occasions when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may miss a telephone call. If this happens please leave an answer message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note: As we can't reserve without payment please do not request tickets to be held via the answer machine.

Call the Box Office on 01902 321321 to book tickets quoting your Credit or Debit card number. Tickets will be sent out in the post unless proof of concession is required or if the booking is made within five days of the performance date, in which case they will be held at the Box Office.
All major credit and Debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express.

Please note: Although payments can be made by Visa Electron, the cards are SWIPE only and can only be used to buy tickets in person.   (

The theatre accepts payment made by cheque. Please make payable to 'University of Wolverhampton'.

Refunds are not given, but tickets may be exchanged subject to availability.

Details of concessions are given with each performance. Only one discount may be claimed for each ticket. Some concessions are only appropriate to Arena Promotions.

When making a group booking you receive one free ticket for every ten tickets purchased.

Schools:  Reduced rates are given and all accompanying staff are entitled to complementary tickets.
